These terms govern your use of the RankForge website and the free audit tool, operated by Ease AI, Malaysia. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. The free audit

The free audit is provided for informational purposes. It gives you an indication of how AI assistants and search engines currently treat your website. Results depend on third-party systems we do not control and may change over time. We do not guarantee specific rankings, mentions, traffic, or business outcomes.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to submit only domains you own or are authorised to audit, and not to use the service to harass, overload, or attempt to disrupt it or any third party. We may rate-limit, suspend, or refuse service to protect the platform.

3. Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the RankForge name and brand are owned by Ease AI. Your audit report is provided for your own use. You retain ownership of any data you submit.

4. Paid services

Paid plans are governed by a separate agreement provided at the point of purchase. Where those terms conflict with these, the paid agreement prevails for that engagement.

5. No warranty

The site and free audit are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ease AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the free site or audit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and PDPA Notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
