PDPA Notice

This notice is issued under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA"). It explains how Ease AI, operating RankForge, processes your personal data. It sits alongside our fuller Privacy Policy.

1. Data we process

The website domain you submit, your name, email address, and (optionally) WhatsApp number, plus any industry, traffic, budget and timeline information you choose to provide when requesting a report.

2. Purpose

To deliver the audit and report you requested, to respond to your enquiries, and — only where you have consented — to contact you about how RankForge could help your business.

3. Consent and your choice

By submitting your details you consent to this processing. Your consent is voluntary. If you do not provide the data needed to deliver a report, we may be unable to provide it. You may withdraw consent at any time, and we will stop processing your data for marketing purposes.

4. Retention

For leads who do not become customers, personal data is deleted 90 days after your last interaction with us. Customer data is retained for the duration of the engagement and any period required by law.

5. Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We disclose it only to service providers who help us deliver the service (such as email and hosting providers), bound by confidentiality, and to authorities where required by law.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access to and correction of your personal data, limit its processing, and withdraw consent. The quickest route to delete your data is our Delete my data page.
