Delete my data

You can ask us to permanently delete the personal data we hold about you. Here is exactly how it works.

1. Request it

Email privacy@ease-ai.my from the email address you used with us, with the subject line "Delete my data". Using your own address helps us verify the request is genuinely yours.

2. We confirm it's really you

To protect you against someone else deleting your data, we reply with a signed confirmation link sent to that same email address. The link is unique to your request and expires after a short period. Clicking it confirms the deletion. We will not delete data on the strength of an email alone — the signed link is the safeguard.

3. We delete it

Once confirmed, we permanently delete your personal data — your name, email, WhatsApp number, and any qualifying details — within 30 days. Some anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may remain, and we may retain the minimum required to meet legal obligations (for example, records of a completed transaction).

4. You don't have to wait

Even without a request, we automatically delete the personal data of leads who do not become customers 90 days after their last interaction with us. The deletion request above simply lets you do it sooner.
